Searching in Shared Projects

I just setup a new instance to see if I can use Tududi within my family to share notes and tasks.
I recognized that is now possible to share projects, which is great. 👍 :-)
Just wondering that tags from shared projects do not show up in my tag list. In addition, the search remains empty if I search for terms or tags of shared projects.
Do I miss something? Is this expected? Or would this be an idea for a new feature request?

Shared projects are very limited for now and will be enhanced on the way. You are not doing something wrong. And yes this could be a feature request. I am sorry for the late reply.

Hey, I am thinking of using this for family management as well. I was thinking that for me it would be cool to share entire areas and all new projects in that area are automatically shared with the person you wanted to share with. It also helps to have responsibles for tasks. I plan to develop that, but let me know if you have a different opinion on this so that it can be integrated @chrisvel. I can the issue in this discussion while doing that.

What I was thinking:

Shared areas

• User can share areas.
• When an area is shared all new projects in that area are shared to the same users.
• When you click share in an existing area with projects a prompt asks if you want to share the current projects.
• When you stop sharing, a prompt asks if you want to unshare the current projects.

Responsibles

• Tasks have a responsible user.
• Tasks have a list of observers, the user that creates the task is inserted as observer by default.
• User receives notifications of the tasks they are responsible for and are observers of. And tasks without observers (Backwards compatible in term of DB entries).
• User sees in Today tasks that do not have any responsible or tasks that they are responsible for.
