Password is being changes on container updates

Hi,

Why is the upgrade logic resetting my password for the default user when I update my container?

For what I understand this:

environment:
      - TUDUDI_USER_EMAIL=me@example.com
      - TUDUDI_USER_PASSWORD=very-secret-password

This is creating a super admin user in Tududi. In the GUI I can change the password, but on every update of the container my changed password is being reset to the one in the compose file.

How can I prevent this? I would expect that my password stays the same when I change it in the GUI.

From my point of view the changing of my password is kind of annoying, but that can be caused by the fact that I don't understand the idea behind is ;)
