How to import from other TODO-apps?

Is there a simple solution how I can import a lot of tasks from another app? I've written a small converter from DGT GDT (a legacy android app which uses json) which converts to ical-files as an intermediate format (https://github.com/Cyber1000/TaskConverter). Is there something planned, for example a simple json-format or ics-Files which I can import directly?

I have thought about calling the tududi-api and creating/updating tasks, but that may be a longer task for me.

Any other thought, someone here who has switched from another task-app?

ah well, seeing that this is already discussed in #364, I think I'll continue there and close this discussion
