I think that it will be difficult to keep text areas that do not support Markdown (especially notes). It would be an awesome addition |

Markdown support has been added to notes. I haven't thought about the rest of the content areas e.g. Task, I think it will make things more complex for now, maybe I'll add it as a feature that can be turned or on off. |
