Option for WiFi Only (no touch sensor)

Problem

Not all users will want the touch sensor.

Recommendation

• Add a WLED configuration file that does not have settings for a touch sensor.
• Add a WLED playlists file that collapses the existing single-press and double-press playlists in to one playlist that starts at power on.
