Vagrant setup isn't function properly due to absence of openjdk-8-jdk  

`vagrant up`

would produce 
```
    default: Unable to locate package openjdk-8-jdk
```
you have to ssh into vagrant box and add the following repo
```
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:openjdk-r/ppa
```
