Since this is a small, slow-moving repo, there is no need to claim or assign this work. If anyone understands this API well enough to implement a permission prompt for it, a PR would be welcome.

Hi @lgarron I am working on this issue. I will add the Window Management API (formerly known as Window Placement) to the demo using window.getScreenDetails(), which is the modern standard for this permission.
