Request of some example cases

Description

I would like to see more examples cases to understand how linna works and how I can use linna.

1. I had difficulties about how to handle parameters from examples (ex. params_in[0] is for output files and params_in[1] takes care of parameters used for models).
2. How I can use a trained network for consistency tests (ex. generate 100 noisy mocks and constrain cosmological parameters using LINNA)
