Download location for Offset Explorer was changed, choco install fails

Just tried installing offset-explorer via choco install. Output is:

Inspecting the website revealed that the download location was changed to https://www.kafkatool.com/download4/offsetexplorer_64bit.exe for version 4.0.1.
