DPI scaling

The game doesn't seem to scale to different DPIs, as evidenced by the insanely small window and the sprites that are hard to read even at 300% with magnifier. It'd be nice if the game could at least be resized, even if only by like 1x, 1.5x, 2x, etc.

Running Surface Pro 4, if that gives you any indication as to how small the window is for me.
