Feature Request: Album art do-all button.

Hello,

For those of us with a limited number of buttons, it would be nice to have a button that does the following:

1. When Cider is not running, show the cider logo, and when pressed, run the programme
2. When Cider is running but not playing, show a play button. When pressed, send a play event
3. When Cider is playing, show the album art. When pressed, pause
4. When Cider is paused, show the album art, and superimpose a play icon. When pressed, play.

This is similar behaviour to a button that is available in the BarRaider Spotify plugin.

I also wanted those features, so I added them.
It can start playing a chosen playlist, play/pause once playing, set volume when it starts playing, and superimposes the play icon over the art when pauses.
Sadly, there's no way that I could find to build in the 'start running cider' function, because the plugin can't send commands to windows, or trigger other streamdeck buttons.
I'd appreciate someone other than me testing it out.
