Cide Playback Dial doesn't work for Playback Position

The Cider playback dial doesn't work for the "Playback Position" or "Skip Track" Rotation Action. No matter what option is selected, it only controls the Cider app volume.

Can confirm, it is not working for me either. Please fix this :)

It seems like the options are just placeholder and this functionality hasn't actually been implemented yet. Which is a shame because I just wasted some of my life fiddling around with it, and I'd like to be able to control the playback position with the dial.
