the concept of developing an open-source, low-cost SDR transceiver similar to HackRF One with UI like ESP Div project— capable of transmitting and receiving signals from approximately 1 MHz to 6 GHz, or any reasonable band that would make it feasible and accessible to hobbyists and researchers.
This device could serve as a multipurpose RF tool, ideal for experimenting with:
Sub-GHz protocols (e.g., 433 MHz, 868 MHz, 915 MHz)
GSM/LTE sniffing or jamming (where legally permitted)
WiFi/Bluetooth research
Signal replay and analysis (like garage remotes, key fobs, etc.)
Integration with GNURadio or SDR# (via USB or TCP)
