Keyboard Layout Issue :(

Hello please HELP.
I live in Slovakia and we have kind of hard special characters (diacriticism or wjat) like "ľ,á, ô, ť, č, ň" ... lowercase,  uppercase and also characters like "-,()[]*&,?".

Can someone PLEASE PLEASE Fix it for other people Keyboard Layouts ?
I think spacehuhn make it possible but his code (pro micro wifi duck) is hard to read :(
