Help With PCB

[Sys-Redux]

I really want to get in on the action of building the nRFbox, not the breadboard version, the PCB version. My issue is that when I upload the gerber, BOM and csv into jlcpcb, they are out of stock on some of the parts. I click the magnifying glass to search for alternatives but my knowledge of how to pick the right parts is lacking.
If someone could help me out with this, or review my part selection, I would be super appreciative.

It's difficult and there's no "easy" way. Took ma a lot of time to get all ordered from different sources. I build two, in case that I mess one up. Both work fine thought, so if you are interested, I'm selling the second one on eBay. But I'm located in Germany.
