Increase visibility of the unread messages visual dot in space-list. #527

Describe the problem
I'm using the Cinny AppImage (4.10.5) but the same can be seen in browser at app.cinny.in.
Right now the dot indicating new unread messages in a space is colored white without border. This makes it hard to see if the space-icon itself is also white.
Describe the solution you'd like
I'm suggesting a black border for the dot. Plainly changing the dot to another color to make white space-icons pop will always instead be a problem on other icons.
