Links open another Tauri window instead of default browser

Describe the bug

When clicking on a link in a Cinny chat, it does not open in the default browser. It opens another Tauri window with the website in there.

Reproduction

1. Send link in Cinny chat
2. Click on link
3. Opens in Tauri window

Expected behavior

It should just open your default browser and open a new tab there.

Platform and versions

1. OS: Windows 11 25H2
2. Cinny v4.11.1
3. Homeserver: Latest Synapse

Looks like you need a plugin in Tauri V2 to open urls in the default browser.
