White scrollbar in Safari and MacOS app

Describe the bug

In the MacOS app and at some places in the web app in Safari, the scrollbars are white instead of grey/black when dark mode is enabled.

Reproduction

1. Open the app
2. Go to any room

Expected behavior

The scrollbars should be dark when dark mode is enabled

Platform and versions

1. OS: MacOS 26.3
2. Browser: Safari 26.3 / Cinny Desktop app for MacOS
3. Cinny version: 4.10.3
4. Matrix homeserver: strassburger.org

I think it updates with your os updates

https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/Reference/Properties/scrollbar-color#browser_compatibility looks like scrollbar-color which is used for firefox as fallback for ::-webkit-scrollbar is added to safari.

I am able to reproduce it after enabling scrollbar-color from safari feature flags
