Start and stop all watchers from within web

I wonder if there is a plan to add functionality of start/stop _all_ watches for from web interface? Also, " status" icon is not super intuitive, to be honest -- click on it does start/stop for the watcher.

We consider migration from supervisor to circus, some of our servers do supervise dozens of "watchers" in terminology of circus.
