Visual editor frozen after trying to load CMoS 17 author-date csl file

1. Access the visual editor in any web browser. The interface fully loads.
2. Style > Load Style. The popup window to choose a csl file to load appears.
3. Search for "chicago-author-date-17th-edition.csl" on the local disk.
4. Everything freezes and reloading does not fix the problem.
