[BUG] Spectate in txadmin keeps making a black screen when you switch player. It will also sometime make you invisible. Or other invisible to you.

Describe the bug
I am on qb-core and the spectate menu acts very weird in txAdmin. It will sometimes blackscreen for a while when switching player, or make you invisible to others/or others invisible to you after coming out of spectate.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to "player"
2. Click on 'spectate'
3. Switch player with arrow keys
4. After a while stuff happens, player count does not change anything.
5. I also noticed that sometimes after coming out of spectate if you activate player ID's you sometime bug with the player ID on you. So now you have the ID of the last player you spectated.

Expected behavior
Should switch characters in spectate, if no other players should switch back to the last viewed player and not blackscreen.
