NPM Packages

Hi,
I took the freedom and published cjval_wasm v0.8.1 on npm.

On my fork I added this repository to the package.json. But since i did it after my publish to npm the links are not visible on npm. But on next version, it will be there.

PM me if you want to take over and manage those npm packages. Probably it would be nice to have them combined to one package.

Hi,

As you saw cjval_wasm was mostly a project by me for me/validator.cityjson.org (yeah... https://github.com/cityjson/cjval_wasm/blob/main/Cargo.toml#L18). I didn't think it'd be of interest to others, but if it is then I'm happy to help publish it on npm. In what context do you use it?

However, I don't really know what should be done, and I have never really used npm myself (and not planning to).

Ideally, I reckon that a GitHub Action should push to the npm repository when a new version is release? If you want to set this up, I am happy to add you as a contributor to the project!

Need to have a closer look at it, to make it work with github actions etc. If there is no rush, i would leave it for now up until there is demand for another version!

We are using it to evaluate cityjson for upload to our backend. It is much much faster than our own schema validation via https://zod.dev/
We want to be able to visualize custom cityjson on our web app buildplace.io

CityJson is just a great format for this, especially the sequence part :)

I'll leave this open not to forget, but there is definitively no rush (I am not planning to update cjval much, unless bugs are identified).
