Document using inspector as a bookmark script

I saw PK doing that and I got jealous.

I looked in README.md and ckeditor.com/docs/ckeditor5/latest/framework/guides/development-tools.html but with no luck. It would be nice to document it so one can just copy it and add it as a bookmark script.

Definitely as it's useful not only for CKE5 core devs, but anyone willing to tinker around.
