Allow empty alternative text #263
Description
On the message "Use empty alternative text only for decorative images" clicking "QuickFix" without an alternative Text for an decorative image causes warning "Alternative text cannot be empty". It would be more intuitive to have an option dialog with a text similar to this one: "If this image is an decorative image confirm by clicking OK, else an alternative text needs to be set".
