Docker Cloud Automated build not working

The last version of this image was built 4 years ago. It still uses nginx:1.19.10
The build pipeline in Docker Hub seems to be broken.

I'd suggest using a more specific nginx version in `FROM_VARIANT` and updating it via some kind of automation.
