[BUG] Progress bar not functioning.

Yes, and the problem still exists.

Bug Description

Progress bar during print stays at 3%. Doesnt move while starting, in the middle of, and finished printing. Please assist

nothing in the code jumps out why. there is a new release for October if you'd like to try and see if that makes a difference.

have you tried another .gcode file to print and does that also show only 3%? and when it first starts to print, it begins at 0% and stops at 3?

the screen may need updating, like if it were off, you have to scroll or press the button, see if that changes anything

What do you mean? To update the screen firmware? Or LCD timeout?

just refresh the screen. its possible the screen "froze" when it timed out and turned off, sometimes you have to turn or press the knob and it will refresh/update.

so it appears this issue is real.

appears to be working now. I went tested the actual release build and the current one I'm working on and they both work normally for me.

if you can try some things to confirm on your end:

• open different gcode files to print
• select Print to start and just wait until a minute before stopping/aborting.
• you should see at what % it begins at.

different things to print may give you different % which it starts at.
let me know if its only at 3% and stays printing at that.
