Bug Description

hey Andrew hope you been well, ive found and issue. on the X3 i cant print anything over 230-240mm (i forget the axis) front to back. side to side i can get the whole 300mm. ive checked the settings in the menu and its all set to 300mm for bed size for both the X and Y . the bed leveling sequence touches all corners just fine. but when i try to print a part over 230-240mm (front to back) of the build plate is skews the back of the print into a big ball of a mess. i did a update in Feb of your firmware, but it still does the same. is there a setting im missing or?? thanks for your help!!

Is your bed size in the slicer correct? The Y axis might not be set to 300.

Could you post pictures of what is happening and of the settings you have on the printer?
Just to check that these are correct and it is a problem in the firmware.

when you go to Physical Settings you should see set Max X/Y

it appears that static kept this from being updated in the soft endstops. I updated this and made a new release you can find here

Yes, and sorry I've been away.   Installed the update, and it works. Prints the full bed now.  Thankyou!!  Your firmware adds updates and features to keep these printers printing.  My X2 just crossed 8000hrs and the X3 3000hrs of print time.   Yea there not fast, but dam reliable!!!!  Thanks again!!!!
