Remove mentions of Logs Explorer and the Logs app (elastic#679)

This PR closes [Issue
elastic#3830](https://github.com/elastic/observability-docs/issues/3830), and
includes:

- Merging Logs Explorer docs with Discover docs.
- Updating references to Logs Explorer throughout the docs.
- Updating screenshots that contain Logs Explorer references.
- Removes logs app pages and updates references.
