The latest tag is 22.5.0, which is also the latest release on conda forge ([here](https://anaconda.org/conda-forge/aioprometheus)) at time of writing. Related? I'm not sure. I don't know how this works. But could you please add tags or otherwise get new releases up on conda forge?
