PDF page sizes increase by few mm on all sides

While printing with an Cover overIay,  I'm facing 2 issues : 

1. in 0.9.3, last page of overlay is not repeating. Only the first page of the overlay is coming in all the pages. 

2. In 0.8.9, the above is issue is solved but the page size increasing. Instead of A4 210 x 297 mm, its 215.9 x 279.4 mm. Both the printing page and overlay pages are in A4 setup
