Full Text Search in SQL Server

I have huge latencies in search feature of redmine. I found out that enabling Full Text Search capabilities should fix it.
This plugin is apparently working only for MySQL and PostgreSQL. Is there any way to get it work with SQL server ?

Unfortunately, no. There is no Groonga integration with SQL server...

Not sure that it is needed. FTS is bundled directly in SQL server. It only requires to rewrite Like '..%n to be contains(field,search) or freetext

This plugin heavily depends on Groonga features. SQL server's full text search features aren't enough.
