Typescript migration #659
Description
ClearlyDefined is currently written in JavaScript, but a migration to TypeScript could help with service reliability and improve confidence when making changes. I recommend following the TypeScript migration guide we wrote for the ClearlyDefined service.
This issue is the equivalent of clearlydefined/service#971
