Failed contribution: An error has occurred

I tried to set license to MIT for https://clearlydefined.io/definitions/nuget/nuget/-/ServiceFabric.Mocks/7.1.4 on both desktop and mobile phone (Android), it failed both times with an error:

Bump. I'm still getting this error. 4 months later and no response.

I'm getting the same thing on both Firefox and Chrome.

I also see this when I open the contribute prompt:

According to the debugger, the session is undefined when the prompt opens here. I get this when I'm logged in (via GitHub). My GitHub account is entirely public (the warning is bogus).

I haven't had a chance to debug further.
