[clearml-serving] Store clearml API keys in secret #363

Is your feature request related to a problem ?
There is a problem with insecure storing api credentials - provided directly via env vars. Also it's not possible to provide existing secret that managed externally to assign this keys.
Describe the solution you'd like.
I'd like to see solution more like bitnami charts where you either set keys in values and chart created secret by themself or set existingsecretname in values and chart uses it.
