Description
Clipboard had add/remove to board, add/remove tags, publish/unpublish, and delete (in orange to contrast with the other options' blue, as it was on individual visit/like/(un)publish/delete clip controls). I think that's sound.
It's missing "select all" (it had "Clear" to select none, as a parenthetical after the count like "Editing 16 clips (Clear)"). Judging by the speed it does bulk actions at, that's probably for performance reasons (without checking under the hood, I'd guess the client requests each action sequentially instead of sending the bulk action to the server).
