Hello everyone!

I'm writing to you because you are awesome and signed up to be a coach at the Berlin ClojureBridge event on [DATE]. We're very happy to tell you that [HOST] shares our excitement and will host the event at their Berlin office close to [LOCATION].

To make sure everyone of us is prepared well and we can provide an exceptional learning experience to all attendees we would like to organize a small, casual get-together for all coaches. Primarily this will focus on how to coach and getting an overview about the curriculum.
