jobConfig.name moved to jobName

The metadata of metrics profiles was changed some time ago, but all of the configs still reference the old format.

To filter out garbage-collection metrics, the filter should be jobName.keyword instead of jobConfig.name

       not: 
-        jobName.keyword: "garbage-collection"
+        jobConfig.name: "garbage-collection"

Please be advised in all PRs introducing new configs, and we need a single PR to update all configs to the new labels.

There may be new changepoints as a result of this update.

One caveat: jobConfig.name is the location of the field on the jobSummary document, only.
But for any other metric document, the field is jobName.

So, it seems to depend which document is being filtered.

But also, can we eventually make those the same path to reduce confusion? More a question to the kube-burner maintainers.
