Remove old code and make v2 live

Description

Now that we have defaulted v2 into the main stream, We need remove all our old code and make v2 live in this repo.
Verified the same with latest dittybopper image: https://quay.io/repository/cloud-bulldozer/dittybopper-syncer?tab=tags

Acceptance Criteria

• We need to deprecate every single trace of the old grafonnet library and officially move to the new ones.
• As a user I shouldn't see any change in my experience. All code changes should just be an internal optimization.
