Improve changelogs creation #3
Description
Currently the packages carry a minimal record of change. It might make sense to separate the changelog file and convert the orgiinal release notes into the corresponding changelog format. If the automation turns out to be too complex, just link to the release notes from Github into the changelogs should be fine as minimum.
