ICR Registry configuration not working

I have configured ICR "ibm-garage-iteration-zero" environment but still, the image not pushed to the ICR.

please try with the latest version and provide more information on how to replicate or troubleshoot your environment

This is my configuration details. Even i have tried latest version of iterationzero. Still facing same problem.
