Simplifiy GARM CLI usage

• --api-base-url seems to be only helpful if you provide /api/v1 suffix, if using same value as base-url I do not see the point of adding it
• --forge-type could be read by credential name See Create Repo / Org make --forge-type optional #416
• uuid of repo parameter for pool creation / edit could be passed as repo name and error on Ambiguity

=> allow to use user provided hardcoded values to automatically initialize garm without jq for reading garm json responses
=> customize less cli values to try garm

Definitely. We can use --base-url as the default value for --api-base-url if not explicitly set by the user. The reasoning behind the second option is if users have a reverse proxy in front of a potentially distributed deployment and decide to use a different subdomain/location for API access than the web UI.

I am thinking of adding unique names to pools and hiding away the UUID as an internal implementation. What do you think?

The reasoning behind the second option is if users have a reverse proxy in front of a potentially distributed deployment and decide to use a different subdomain/location for API access than the web UI.

My tools have the second (third one was graphql, but gitea has no impl) option as well, but for different reasons. The existence is good.

E.g. you want to use Gitea /api/v1 instead of /api/v3 or api.github.com, with actions/runner (Yes GitHub has a dedicated server provided runner variable for rest api url, they might argue now as this allowed gitea support).

I messed up this point, I was actually still at repository creation and passing that repoid to create pool.

Custom externally provided unique names for pools, sounds to be good for scripts.
