[Bug]: image should not be required, if source_image_id is set. #52

Bug Description
Lift and Shift machines are not created via source_image_reference. Instead, A managed Disk ID is set in source_image_id
However, the image parameter is still mandatory.
A potential solution would be an auto-detection, if "image" is a Resource ID and if yes, use it as value for source_image_id
