Not working well in Firefox 52.2.1 ESR

For https://lifeboat.com/ex/energy.2020, the link for "NBIC technologies" doesn't work right but
for "Hydrogen Fuel Initiative" does work. (I am using underline when hovering.) I tested in Chrome and both links work.

I fixed this by changing .98 to .96 in the code.
