Bump dependencies and devDependencies

Upgrade several direct dependencies and devDependencies for bug fixes and compatibility. package.json was updated to bump @cloudflare/ai-chat, @cloudflare/kumo, agents, and ai, plus devDependencies such as @cloudflare/vite-plugin, oxfmt, oxlint, vite, and wrangler. package-lock.json was updated accordingly to capture resolved transitive changes.
