Host value being removed when import load_balancer_pool

Steps to reproduce

1. provider 5.6.0
2. run cf-terraforming generate and import
3. tf plan/apply
4. if replace Host field with host the issue is resolved

@rheachen-rgb I'm a little unclear with the issue. is the problem with generate and import and the resulting config? Or something wrong with the provider?

It's issue with generate. It generates something like

The Host fields cause being removed in Plan/Apply. But if we change to host everything works as expected. Lower case host also align with the instruction here https://registry.terraform.io/providers/cloudflare/cloudflare/latest/docs/resources/load_balancer_pool
