[WARP] Reduce necessary scopes for CrowdStrike token

The WARP CrowdStrike docs currently say that more permissions are required than are necessary. We only need the Hosts and Zero Trust Assessment (both "Read") scopes. Detections, Event Streams, and User Management are not required.
