Add changelog for Magic Transit and Magic WAN health check data being compatible with CMB EU (#24069)

* Create placeholder.mdx

* MT and MWAN health check pic for changelog update

Upload a screenshot of the Magic Transit and Magic WAN health check page to be included in the changelog update.

* Delete src/assets/images/changelog/magic-transit/placeholder.mdx

Deleted the placeholder file so that I could create a new source image changelog source folder for Magic Transit

* Create 2025-07-30-mt-mwan-health-check-cmb-eu.mdx

* Apply suggestions from code review
