Include notes about Deploy Command for Static HTML

What changes are you suggesting?

Following the steps to deploy simple Static HTML (single index.html) to cloudflare doesn't address the requirement to "Upload a worker version to deploy". A step is missing in the documentation before this:

After configuring your site, you can begin your first deploy. Your custom build command (if provided) will run, and Pages will deploy your static site.

The Learn more content doesn't provide guidance on how to add a worker version in a Static HTML context.

Related to the above, the content and imagery on https://developers.cloudflare.com/pages/get-started/git-integration/ is out of date with what is visible in the UI when creating a project via Git Integration (text and images don't reference the required Deploy Command field)

This documentation https://developers.cloudflare.com/workers/ci-cd/builds/configuration/ - linked from the UI - includes documentation r.e. the Deploy Command, but the documentation doesn't address what the deploy command should be when a project consists of static HTML only.
