wrangler@dispatch-namespaces-dev does not support wrangler.jsonc even though the docs mention it

What changes are you suggesting?

Ideally add a feature flag to allow for wrangler.jsonc or remove mention of wrangler.jsonc in docs and add a note notifying readers it is not supported. I’m happy to submit a PR for the latter.

Checked internally and this appears to be outdated, wrangler@dispatch-namespaces-dev no longer exists.
