Incorrect description of realtime validation backoff schedule

What changes are you suggesting?

I think "The first 10 checks complete within 2 minutes..." should say "The first 10 checks complete within 20 minutes..." based on the table? Since the table shows ~1min gaps between retries.

I assume the table shows gaps since it eventually seems to be a constant gap of 4h

This would fix what appears to be a documentation error
